The role of the BMS is to maintain the condition of the battery on a cell-by-cell basis to ensure safety and long-term reliability, as well as optimal performance. Ultimately, the BMS controls charging and discharging via two MOSFETs associated with each cell. The temperature sensor is used to monitor battery temperature. Temperature is important, because charging (of most lithium-based cells) is not permitted below freezing temperature and usually above 45°C.

Test should be conducted with new batteries within one month after shipment from our factory and the cells shall not be cycled more than five times before the test. Unless otherwise defined, test and measurement shall be done under temperature of 25±2 and relative humidity of 45~85%. The test results are not affected evidently by such conditions of temperature 15~30 or humidity 25~85%RH
